There are various payment methods available for the execution of your online order. The following payment methods are currently offered.

Credit card: two-factor authentication
Due to the high security requirements for credit card payments, two-factor authentication is required during the ordering process. Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (3D Secure) require a mobile TAN in addition to your password to complete the payment.
Refund after a return
If you return one or more items, the amount will be credited back to the payment method from which you transferred the money. The refund will be made after your return has been checked for completeness and condition of the products (original packaging, unused, sealed if applicable)
PayPal: In the case of an original PayPal payment, , the credit will be made to the PayPal account you used. You can decide whether the amount is deposited on your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.
Creditcard: The credit will be credited back to the credit card account we have debited. You can see the chargeback on your next credit card statement. It may happen that the date of the chargeback is the same as the date of payment.
Refund in case of cancellation
If you have already paid for the cancelled items, we will of course refund you immediately according to the payment method you used.
