It's OK if you change your mind
If you have bought something from our online shop and decide you don't want to keep it within 14 days of delivery, you can easily return almost all products.
Please note that the products must be unused and in their original packaging. If you have already used or washed the underwear, panty liners or sanitary towels, a return is no longer possible. For hygienic reasons, menstrual cups cannot be returned.
If you would like to make a return, please create your free return label here. In this case you do not need to write to us. As soon as we have received the parcel and the products have been checked, the purchase amount will be transferred back to the payment method you used.
