Online orders from Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same working day. Deliveries to Germany are sent via DHL standard shipping. Deliveries to Austria and other countries are made with GLS standard shipping. Depending on the weather and season, the delivery of products in stock within Austria and Germany takes between 1-3 working days. Parcel tracking is possible at any time in the customer account (registration required before or when ordering). Delivery to Germany, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary is free. This can change at any time.

For delivery to EU countries (Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary excluded) shipping costs of € 9.90 apply. From an order value of € 89, the delivery is free of charge.
