In close collaboration with our product designers and textile experts, SELENACARE has developed a new technology that redefines flexibility during menstruation – a self-adhesive material! This material is sewn into the crotch of the SELENACARE Easy Comfort Basic Panties, as well as onto the accompanying absorbent inserts. This material makes changing the inserts easier and without slipping! So, the inserts can be changed easily without having to undress. The self-adhesive material allows the inserts to be inserted into the matching SELENACARE Easy Comfort Basic Panties and can be easily replaced when needed, like traditional pads. Unlike traditional pads, our inserts can be reused as they are washable!

The SELENACARE Easy Comfort Period Set consists of two parts. The SELENACARE Easy Comfort Basic Panties are the core of our system and are equipped with the self-adhesive material in the crotch – a brilliant base for the SELENACARE Easy Comfort Inserts, the second part of the period set.
Absorbent Easy Comfort Inserts with Wetbag
The Easy Comfort Inserts are equipped with the specially developed self-adhesive material on one side and are ideally matched to the Basic Panties. This makes inserting them into the crotch area of the panties incredibly easy. Thanks to this self-adhesive property, the insert stays securely in place and does not slip, without relying on uncomfortable or annoying attachment methods. With various levels of absorbency, they are ready to accompany you in every phase of your period – from light to heavy, we've got you covered.
Once the Easy Comfort Inserts are fully saturated, they can be easily removed from the Basic Panties and replaced with a new insert. No need to take off the panties, as with traditional period underwear. Simply transport them in the Wetbag, wash, and reuse.

How it works
Easy Comfort in three steps
- Put on the brief. The base brief made of soft bamboo viscose has a self-adhesive area in the gusset.
- Choose your insert. 10 ml for light, 25 ml for medium, 35 ml for heavy days. Place it, press it on, done – it stays put without buttons or snaps.
- Change instead of undressing. Swap the insert like a pad – the brief stays on. The used insert goes into the wet bag, then wash and reuse it.
Frequently asked questions about Easy Comfort
Can I wear the base brief without an insert?
Yes, you can wear it like normal underwear. The absorbent layer is in the inserts, though – so for your period you always need an Easy Comfort insert.
Which insert do I need?
10 ml for light, 25 ml for medium and 35 ml for heavy days. The Easy Comfort Set contains one 25 ml and one 35 ml insert, the Discovery Set three of each. The 10 ml inserts are available as a pack of 3.
Will the insert slip?
No. Both the brief and the insert have self-adhesive material – the insert stays securely in place without buttons or snaps.
How do I change the insert on the go?
Quickly in the bathroom, without undressing: peel off the used insert, place a fresh one, press it on – done. Keep the used insert in the wet bag until washing. It is included in the set and also available separately.
How long can I wear an insert?
That depends on your flow. On heavy days we recommend changing the insert after 6–8 hours. In general, wear an insert for a maximum of 8–12 hours.
How do I wash the brief and inserts?
Wash before first use. After wearing, rinse with cold water, then machine wash at 30–40 °C in a laundry bag and air dry. Please do not use fabric softener, bleach or vinegar – they damage the technology.
What is the base brief made of?
84% bamboo viscose, 9% polyester, 7% elastane – soft, breathable and comfortable on the skin.
