In the following, we would like to briefly explain what it means for you when you use our personalised services on this website and we receive data from you.

What personal information do we receive? 

When you use one of our personalised or interactive services, we ask you for various personal information. Personal information includes your correct and full name, address, postal address, telephone numbers, company name, e-mail address, etc. The provision of this data is always voluntary on the part of the user. This personal information is stored by us on a protected server.

Do we pass on information to third parties?

New Systems GmbH itself only uses your personal information within the online shop (newsletter dispatch, my account, etc.) or in processing customer enquiries or purchase transactions itself. We appreciate the trust you place in us and take the utmost care to protect your personal information. This data is not passed on to third parties and is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the provisions of the DSGVO (unless we are legally obliged to disclose it!). The data will only be evaluated and used to maintain the customer relationship.

Transfer for order processing

The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery (parcel services, forwarding agents) as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In addition, certain order-related basic information (e.g. delivery status) is collected and passed on to a service provider commissioned by us for processing in order to provide a tracking function (consignment tracking). We also pass on your personal data to suppliers commissioned by us as part of order processing. Contract data processing and confidentiality agreements have been concluded with these suppliers.

Transfer for payment processing

We pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution or the respective payment service provider as part of the processing of payments. In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may pass on your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna during the checkout process so that Klarna can check whether you are eligible for Klarna's payment methods and Klarna can tailor the payment methods to you. Your submitted personal data will be processed in accordance with the Klarna Privacy Policy.

Passing on for the sending of advertising material

We pass on your data to external service providers for the sending of New Systems GmbH advertising material. Your data will not be passed on to third parties for external advertising purposes. In individual cases, we must provide information about personal data (inventory data) to public authorities or by order of the competent authorities, insofar as this is necessary to fulfil corresponding legal obligations for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger or for other reasons. 

 Amazon, kaufland.de & other marketplaces 

Your personal data, which is provided in the context of an order on a marketplace, will also not be passed on to third parties. The data you provide on these marketplaces are treated in the same way as those provided on our own website and in the online shop. The transmission of data between the systems is always encrypted. The data is stored within the framework of the statutory regulations. After expiry of the legal storage obligation, they are deleted immediately. 

What data protection rights do you have?

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke your consent to the collection and use of personal data at any time with effect for the future. 

Right to data access

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you or your pseudonym. This request must be made in writing.

Right to deletion, blocking or correction

You have the right to request the deletion, blocking or correction of personal data stored about you. If legal regulations (e.g. financial storage obligations) do not permit deletion, your data will be blocked instead so that they are only accessible for the purposes of mandatory legal regulations. Credit check, proof of identity and address verification

The customer is obliged to provide complete and correct data (names, addresses, company name, VAT number, etc.) requested in the online shop, when registering and in the order or payment process and to inform New Systems GmbH immediately of any future changes or to change these independently in his customer account. New Systems GmbH is entitled to demand corresponding proof or corresponding advance payments in order to check the identity, address and creditworthiness of the customer. In the event of demonstrably and/or intentionally culpably incorrect information or failure to notify changes (e.g. creditworthiness etc.), the customer shall be liable to New Systems GmbH for the resulting damage. New Systems GmbH is also repeatedly entitled to check the information provided by the customer and his creditworthiness or credit standing by obtaining information from organisations authorised to do so (credit protection association, banks, credit agencies etc.). The customer declares his express consent that his data may be transmitted to the officially authorised organisations and/or credit institutions for the purpose of checking his creditworthiness. Customers may informally revoke this consent at any time.. 

Contact and service forms

Your details including personal data from our contact and service forms (revocation, complaints, general contact form) are transmitted to us via our own mail server for processing your enquiry, processed and stored by us. This data will not be collected or passed on without your declaration of consent. We cannot process your enquiries without this data. 


On the website hosted under selenacare.com (including its subpages) we use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are transferred from our web server to your computer via your web browser and stored there on the permanent memory (hard disk, fixed memory or similar).
