26-year-old Julia places great value on sustainability in her everyday life and discovered the SELENACARE Classic period briefs at dm.

So Julia opted for the Classic version and simply took the brief home with her. "When my next period came, I was a little sceptical as I put the period brief on," Julia said. "But since it was the weekend and I didn't have to leave the house, I gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised." At 34, Miriam is a sporty, active woman who had long been looking for an alternative to conventional menstrual products. She doesn't trust pads without wings, though, as she always has the uncomfortable feeling that the pad might slip and something might leak. "After a lot of research online, I came across period underwear and thought, oh, this could be something for me." Just in time for her next period, Katharina bought a brief and was quickly won over. - with a light to normal flow, one period brief lasts the whole day

- you can easily wash the pants with your dark laundry
- thanks to the antibacterial protection, no odour develops at all
By the way, you don't necessarily need to rinse the menstrual pants in cold water after wearing them. The only important thing is not to put them in the laundry basket damp, as they might otherwise stain the rest of your laundry.
