After wearing, rinse it with cold water to release blood, chlorine or salt water. Then you can clean it at 30 to 40 °C in the washing machine – ideally in a laundry net. To dry, simply let it air dry. Avoid fabric softener, bleach or vinegar, as these can damage the technology in the crotch area and reduce absorbency.
