How long can you wear period underwear?
Our customer service team is often asked: “Can you wear period underwear all day?” In principle, yes – but just as with tampons and pads, it depends on how heavy your period is. We recommend changing your period underwear after 12 hours at the latest. Depending on how heavy your flow is, it may be necessary sooner. Our current pants are primarily suited to the light to medium days of your period and can absorb up to 25 ml of liquid. Converted into disposables, that's roughly 2–3 regular tampons or 2 pads.
