How does period underwear work?
Every pair of period pants is built around our patented SELENAtec® multi-layer technology. A quick-drying layer wicks moisture away, an absorbent core stores it, and a breathable membrane holds everything securely in place.
Despite the several layers the fabric stays ultra-thin. Your menstrual underwear feels like normal underwear and still absorbs the equivalent of several tampons.

A single pair of period pants replaces hundreds of disposable products over its lifetime. That is easier on the environment and on your wallet alike.
After wearing, rinse it cold, wash it at 30 to 40 °C and let it air dry. Leave out fabric softener and bleach, and the absorbency will last especially long.

The right period underwear depends on your flow and your daily routine. For light days, or as a backup to a cup or tampon, a style with low absorbency is enough. On heavy days and overnight, reach for period pants with high absorbency and a higher cut. Pay attention to the fit as well: close cuts such as the Free-Cut hipster stay virtually invisible under clothing, while high-waist styles sit especially comfortably.
