Safe on the go with your period underwear
the SELENACARE TEENS period underwear hipster can hold 20 ml of blood. During your entire period, you lose about 60 ml, most of it in the first two days.
The SELENACARE TEENS Period Underwear Hipster is ideal for the light and medium days of your menstruation. On heavier days, we recommend using the underwear in combination with a menstrual cup or tampon. If you have periods in between or spotting, you can use either period panties or washable pads.
To be on the safe side, we recommend that you simply pack a spare pair of period panties. Put the used period panty in an airtight zip bag until you can wash it at home. It's best to rinse them in cold water and then put them in the washing machine with the rest of your clothes and leave them to air dry.

Washing guide
Wash before first use. Rinse with cold water after use. Then wash at 30-40°C in the washing machine, ideally in a washing net, and leave to air dry. Do not use fabric softener, bleach or vinegar as these will attack the technology and negatively affect the absorption capacity.
