The period starter set for women is the ideal introduction to sustainable periods or as a gift for others. Included is a washable Selenacare pad 1, a period underwear Modern Hipster in black and a menstrual underwear Floral Classic in black. These products are the most popular Selenacare period products for women. They convince with reliable fluid absorption and discreet design.
Light or medium days of your period
The strength of your period can vary. The menstrual underwear Modern Hipster and Floral Classic absorb 25ml of fluid to keep you feeling dry. Safety is our number one priority. On heavy menstrual days, you can use the underwear together with a tampon if necessary.
Limitless and safe
Where and for what activities you use our period underwear is entirely up to you. There are no limits. Whether in your free time, at work or on holiday - the period panty keeps you dry. In addition to period blood, the underwear for women also absorbs sweat and other fluids and reliably seals them in.
Easy to wash and reuse
After use, you can wash your period underwear by hand and put it straight into the washing machine. Then air dry them. Ideally, you should use a laundry bag to protect the underwear. This way you can enjoy Selenacare products for even longer.

Washing guide
Wash before first use. Rinse with cold water after use. Then wash at 30-40°C in the washing machine, ideally in a washing net, and leave to air dry. Do not use fabric softener, bleach or vinegar as these will attack the technology and negatively affect the absorption capacity.
